Creighton Medical Laboratories will provide you with supplies needed to collect and transport specimens to our laboratory. Routine ordering of supplies requires 2 to 3 business days. Emergency supply requests will be handled as quickly as possible. A supply order form can be completed and returned to Creighton Medical Laboratories via mail, fax (402)280-4360, or by courier with your specimens.
